The existing Timeless website says its team assists with cleaning and repair even if the piece was not purchased there.
Should I use an ultrasonic cleaner at home?
Not every stone, treatment, setting, or material is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning. Ask a qualified jeweler to assess the piece before using any machine or cleaning chemical.
Can every damaged piece be restored?
Not necessarily. Feasibility depends on the item and its condition. The studio can discuss available options after examining it.
